Some of you know, but I’m back in GA now. I used to go to junkyards when I lived here before and am looking for some new yards to visit soon. Try and get my firend who lives in Nashville to go with me when he’s in town next. I know about the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! yards, !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , and !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! (I documented my first trip there !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! and !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , I went back to that junkyard in October of 2015 and that Lancia was still there). If anyone knows about any other yards that are worth checking out, let me know. Bonus picture of me standing by a Celica in the parking lot of Pick a Part.

There’s “Lance’s Used Auto Parts” in Lawrenceville. Pretty big place, used to have stuff back to the 60's, but I haven’t been there in over a decade.

Have you heard of Old Car City in White GA? It’s more of a graveyard than a junkyard. Guy won’t sell anything. http://oldcarcityusa.com

Rainbow has done a lot more GA junkyarding than I have - I’ve really only been to the scrap yard on Howell Mill (random-ass fun stuff for my senior project). I don’t know if Rainbow has been to ones beyond what you list, though.

Just Pull-a-Part for me so far, anyway. I’ve been hoping to find more to visit, but I haven’t had the time. (Haven’t had motivation to go out in this heat, either)

I will say, though, that PaP Atlanta East has been lining up stacks of crushed cars in the back that look pretty neat. Not sure if they’re still there, but it’s cool to see what’s already gone through the crusher.

There’s the pick and pull in Savannah. There’s 2 old ones up in Bryan County off 204, and there’s one on a back road in Lanier which is between Pembroke and Black Creek.
